Terms and Conditions

These are the minimum terms and conditions set by the Government of Nepal.
1. The Employer shall issue a Demand Letter to the Rove International Pvt. Ltd with complete details of requirement like number of workers, Salary structure, Accommodations, Food Or Allowance, Work related Transport, Working Hours (not more than 8 hours per day), Annual Leave, Overtime facilities, Residence Permit Fees, Medical facilities, Insurance & duration of Employment & other benefits including free visa and free ticket both way provided by employer.

2. The Employer & Rove International Pvt. Ltd herein shall obtain the approval of the respective government to complete the recruitment as per the rules of respective country government & Nepal government in regard to counselling & placement of workers. In case of any conflict arises in between government rule and the conditions of this contract, this deed of agreement shall be deemed as Null and void.

3. The Employer shall provide with Visa / NOC work permits to the workers from the government authority, together with other necessary relevant documents. In case of not issuance of visa due to any changes in Government policies, the employer shall be responsible for the recruitment experience.

4. The earning of the worker per month shall be as per the attached Demand letter shown against each category.

5. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd will make deployment of employees within 25 days time after receiving the visa (in case of K.S.A. visa once stamped on the passport of employees from the embassy of K.S.A. at Bangladesh or India (MUMBAI/DELHI) or Kathmandu respectively.

6. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd will inform the employer 2 days before the deployment of employees from Nepal with all necessary information like flight schedule, employee’s name, and departure time via e-mail, fax, whats app or with telecommunication. The employer will be responsible for receiving all the workers at the airport as group or a single employee as per viability of Air passage.

7. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd is the recruitment consultant in regard to workers and will bear the responsibility for recruitment from Nepal exactly as per trade or may invite the Employer or its authorized representative for recruitment of the workers within the stipulated period and not exceeding 50 days receipt of visa advice and other allied required documents.

8. The Employer agrees to bear the compensation in case of death or end injury of the workers and also agrees to bear the cost of transport of dead body to Nepal as per the labours law of country concerned.

9. Probation period will be three months (90) days from the date of arrival of employees in respective country’s airport where the company is located & if the performance of the candidate is not satisfactory the concern candidate shall be sent back to his home country on his own expense by allowing him/her for working in the company with to buy his own return ticket.

10. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd shall assist the employees in matters relating to immigration formalities, medical test and Visa (stamping in case of K.S.A., Malaysia, Israel ,Europeans & American countries) from the relevant Embassy and whatever other relevant matters.

11. The Employer ensures to provide the workers with free bachelor sharing accommodation, free food or allowance, Residence permit fees, Medical & Insurance Coverage & other necessary facilities.

12. The Employer agrees to enter into agreement with Rove International Pvt. Ltd to counselling & deployment of employees of different categories such as professionals for management, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled positions in industries that include (but not limited to) Manufacturing, Engineering, Health Care, Hospitality industries, Catering Services, Agriculture, Sales, Retail, Human Resources, Aviation, Accounting and Finance, Systems/Technology, Administration and Earth Sciences etc. The number and qualification in respect thereof are be specified by the Employer through task orders.

13. The Employer agrees to advise to the Rove International Pvt. Ltd of its personnel (WORKERS) requirement from Nepal through cable, telex or letter, specifying personnel requirements, their respective job descriptions, salaries, other terms, conditions and the desired mobilization dated on the respective site.

14. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd shall be responsible for short of qualified candidates in conformity with the first party’s requirements notified under clause 2 above. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd will notify the employer of such short-listed qualified candidates who are ready for final interview and selection. The Rove International Pvt. Ltd has the right to either send his representatives or give the employer the right select process and send such qualified workers at the Employer with full guarantee.
