Procedure of Recruitment

Recruitment in Nepal must be carried out through firm, holing valid government license. Our License No. 1033/071/072, Rove International Pvt. Ltd. required following documents for recruitment of manpower to process the cases. The procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of Recruitment documents in our favour as follows:
Requirement of documents is different from country to country. Document requirement totally depend on whether the embassy of manpower recruiting has a diplomatic mission (EMBASSY/CONSULATE) or not. Basically, we required two types of documents before making a final consent for sending workers overseas. We follow the following government provisions to avoid the unnecessary hassles while recruiting Nepalese personnel abroad.

Employer Responsibilities:

1. For KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA:
A. In case of Block visa issued for Kathmandu and Dhaka, Bangladesh, the company should prepare all below mentioned principle documents authorized to Rove International Pvt. Ltd. License number 1033/071/072, which is authorized Nepalese agent by the embassy of The Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Located in Dhaka, Bangladesh and Kathmandu, Nepal
