PERMISSION FROM THE PROTECTOR (DOFE)

On receipt of Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Interparty Agency Agreement, Employment Agreement, and Guarantee Letter, we seek permission from Department of Foreign Employment, Government authority of Nepal (PROTECTOR OF EMIGRANTS), for recruitment of each batch as demanded by our client/principals.

ADVERTISING:- After taking permission from the DOFE, Job Categories are published in widely circulated daily newspapers. Without this permission from DOFE, Vacancies cannot even be advertised.

INITIAL SCREENING:- Initial screening is done by agency (ROVE INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.)
Selection: – Being done as per instruction by our valuable clients, there are seven types of interview and selection tools available with Rove International Pvt. Ltd.

» Face to Face interviews
» Group Interview is carried out to shortlist candidates.
» Individual interviews where the delegates/Principals meet the pre screened candidates on a one to one basis.
» Trade test candidate’s skills are tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and its conformity to international standards.
» Final interview depending on the requirement of the client, the Final Interview can be conducted either by HR officials or the client’s delegate.
» Telephone Interview
» Skype Interview

Medical Examination
Candidates who make it to the final selection list are sent for medical examinations. The medical examination is exhaustive and conforms to the procedures laid down by the consulates of the respective countries.

Mobilization
The names of the candidates who clear the medical test are then sent to our client for visa processing.

Total days taken for the selection procedure: 17 days in max.

TIME FRAME FOR PROCESSING CASES:

» Advertisement and Provisionally Selection: 7-15 Days
» Visa Endorsement by Embassy/Consulate: 5-7 Days
» Final Approval from DOFE: 4 to 7 days
» Ticketing 1 to 2 days
